BPIS.Valkyrie's Ambrosia
"Gnocchi"
Even during her potato phase, I tried so hard to stay objective. But I knew in my heart she would be the one. Mentors & friends all agreed, Gnocchi was it.

Gnocchi steals hearts everywhere she goes. She has gorgeous structure, movement and a personality to die for.

She is incredibly sweet, silly, intelligent, and always down for a party.

I believe she will excel in sports, and look forward to working on titles for the end of her name.

Gnocchi is a multiple group placer, breed winner over specials, multiple puppy group winner, & the first Breeder/Owner/Handled female Lagotto to win Best Puppy in Show in Canada.

To know the Potato, is to love the Potato.

If you scroll down to her baby photos, Gnocchi's nickname will make total sense. And how fitting that her call name actually ties into it? I spent weeks trying to find a name that she found suitable. She ignored everything that I tried, until one day I said Gnocchi and she whirled around and "woo'd" at me. Yes, dogs can choose their names!
